Liam and Kate met with us and listened to what we wanted. They gave us advice on how to approach the build and who to speak with to design the house we wanted on the budget we wanted. We were really glad to be dealing directly with the person building our house. Everyone that Liam put us in contact with throughout the build were fantastic and the end result speaks for itself. The process was smooth and Liam was always available to speak to whether we had questions or just wanted an update on the build. It was our first building experience and we believe it was much less stressful then it could have been thanks to Liam and Kate. "We were initially recommended L&K Building from a close friend and soon after our first meeting with Liam it was hard to look elsewhere. As this is our first build, we still wanted to look around and compare with other builders and companies, Liam was very patient and had given us a respectful amount of time to make our decision.
