The principal of L&K Building is Liam Colley. Liam IS L&K Building, .... very involved, committed and hands on to ensure a quality construction is delivered on time. 

 

He works with top tradespeople who are some of the best I have seen for responsiveness to need and delivering the outcomes you, as an owner, want. I stressed to Liam at the start of the contract that I wanted ‘no surprises’ in the form of changes from the scope of works or variations and he delivered brilliantly on that.

 

I have a quality home, constructed on time and within the budget we set at the start.The final construction Certification was achieved without incident and the Certifier was very complimentary of the quality of construction as well. What little need there has been for follow-up work has been attended to promptly.

 

Altogether an enjoyable experience and one I can strongly recommend to others.
